SpaceX is rated a sell, as its $1.43 trillion equity value bakes in highly optimistic outcomes across Connectivity, Space, and AI segments. Starlink drives profitability, but declining ARPU and limited scale mean it cannot alone justify SpaceX's current valuation without extraordinary AI or space success. AI and Space segments are deeply unprofitable and capital-intensive, with AI contracts short in duration versus long-lived infrastructure commitments, raising risk.

RXO Inc. delivered strong 25% YoY revenue growth to $1.77B but failed to achieve earnings growth, with margins continuing to compress. Despite bullish market forecasts and a non-GAAP FWD EPS of $0.12, RXO's valuation appears unsustainably rich at 33x EV/EBITDA and 164x FWD P/E. Gross margin declined to 17% in Q2 from 21.2% last year, with negative operating cash flow and rising long-term debt signaling deteriorating fundamentals.

Vistra Corp. remains a hold as strong adjusted EBITDA growth is offset by declining sales and rising operating costs. VST's valuation has improved significantly, with PE dropping from 76x to 23.8x on accelerated earnings, but PB remains high at 15x. Strategic growth drivers include the Cogentrix acquisition, nuclear power agreements with AWS and Meta, and a new AI-focused partnership with Nvidia.

F&G Annuities & Life NYSE: FG reported second-quarter adjusted net earnings of $85 million, or $0.65 per share, as lower alternative-investment returns and the impact of a reinsurance transaction weighed on results.
