1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally permitted to use the service in your location.
• You must provide accurate account information and keep it reasonably current.
• You are responsible for protecting your password and account credentials.
• You may not impersonate another person or create a deceptive identity.
• You must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

• Do not violate law, sanctions, intellectual-property rights or privacy rights.
• Do not publish fraud, scams, spam, malware or intentionally misleading financial claims.
• Do not coordinate market manipulation, pump-and-dump activity or artificial promotion.
• Do not harass, threaten, exploit or expose another person’s private information.
• Do not bypass security, overload infrastructure or interfere with normal service operation.
• Do not use automated access in a way that violates published limits or harms users or systems.

4. Market Information

Prices, charts, news, quotes, statistics and calendar information may be supplied by third parties, APIs, automated systems or users. Information may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, unavailable or inaccurate. Independently verify important information before relying on it.

5. Third-Party Services

Integrations, advertisements, widgets, feeds and external links are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Their appearance does not mean that PipVero endorses or guarantees them.

6. Suspension and Termination

Features, accounts or content may be changed, limited, suspended or removed when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce rules, comply with law or preserve service integrity.

7. Governing Law

Unless mandatory consumer-protection or conflict-of-law rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Courts and competent authorities in Türkiye may have jurisdiction where permitted by applicable law.

• Profile data such as biography, avatar, website, social links, contact details and trading experience.
• Posts, comments, analyses, signals, reactions, uploaded files and other community content.
• Support messages, reports, appeals, feedback and survey responses.
• Billing or subscription information processed by payment providers when paid services are offered.

• IP address, browser, operating system, language, device and application identifiers.
• Login records, page views, clicks, referring URLs, timestamps and feature interactions.
• Approximate location inferred from IP address.
• Cookies, local storage and similar technologies.
• Security, abuse-prevention, performance, crash and diagnostic information.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Provide, maintain, personalize and improve the service.
• Create and secure accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Display profiles and community content according to visibility settings.
• Operate market-data, search, notification, moderation and AI features.
• Measure usage, troubleshoot errors and improve reliability.
• Display and measure advertising where enabled and legally permitted.
• Comply with legal duties and protect rights and safety.

4. Legal Bases

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data-protection law, including Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) where it applies. Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing may be based on performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, establishment or protection of a right, legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights and freedoms, information made public by the data subject in a manner consistent with the disclosure purpose, or explicit consent where consent is legally required.

7. International Transfers

Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, lawful transfer mechanisms and appropriate safeguards may be used.

8. Retention

Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and comply with legal obligations. Public content may remain in backups, quotations, shares or third-party indexes after deletion.

9. Your Rights and KVKK Requests

Where Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 applies, data subjects may exercise the rights provided under Article 11, including learning whether personal data is processed, requesting information about processing, learning the purpose of processing and recipients, requesting correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, requesting erasure or destruction where legal conditions are met, requesting notification of certain correction or deletion actions to recipients, objecting to a result produced exclusively through automated analysis, and claiming compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Privacy and data-subject requests may be submitted to privacy@pipvero.com or in writing to the service operator at PipVero, Varyap Meridian, Floor 17, Units 152 and 153, Al Zambak Sokak No: 2, Barbaros Mahallesi, 34746 Ataşehir, Istanbul, Türkiye. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law; KVKK requests are answered as soon as possible and, where Article 13 applies, no later than 30 days.

10. Security and Children

Reasonable security measures are used, but no internet service is completely secure. The service is not intended for children below the minimum legal age for online services in their jurisdiction.

Google Advertising and Analytics Technologies

When Google advertising or analytics products are enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies, local storage, advertising identifiers and similar technologies. Depending on configuration, they may process information such as IP address, browser or device data, language, requested page, timestamps, interactions and browser or device identifiers.

Advertising cookies may be set from Google-controlled domains including google.com, googlesyndication.com and googleadservices.com, as well as domains used by other advertising providers.

Google may use data from sites and applications using its services to provide, personalize, measure and improve advertising, subject to applicable law and your consent choices.

Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads

Personalized ads may use interests or previous interactions. Non-personalized ads may use context such as the current page, general location or device characteristics. Some technologies may still be required for delivery, security, frequency control or aggregated measurement.

Consent and Withdrawal

Where required, optional cookies and similar technologies are used only after a valid choice has been recorded. You may reject optional purposes and later change or withdraw your choices.

Additional Controls

1. Third-Party Advertising

Advertisements may be selected, delivered and measured by third-party providers. Those providers may process browser, device, network, consent and interaction information under their own policies.

2. Google Advertising Services

PipVero may use Google AdSense, Google Ad Manager, Google Ads measurement tools or related services. Google and approved ad-technology partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, personalization, frequency control, fraud prevention, reporting and measurement.

3. European Consent

Where required for users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, a consent interface may request permission for cookies or local storage and for the collection, sharing and use of personal data for advertising personalization. Choices should be recorded and capable of being changed or withdrawn.

4. Ads Are Not Endorsements

An advertisement does not mean that PipVero recommends, verifies or guarantees the advertiser, broker, exchange, product, token, investment or offer. Evaluate advertisers independently.

5. Sponsored and Affiliate Content

Sponsored, promoted or affiliate content should be labeled where applicable. The service may receive compensation when users view, click, register or transact through some links.

2. Risk of Loss

• Prices may move rapidly and unpredictably.
• You may lose part or all of the capital committed to a position.
• Leverage and margin can magnify gains and losses.
• Liquidity can disappear, spreads may widen and orders may execute at unexpected prices.
• Cryptocurrencies and emerging assets can involve heightened volatility, custody and regulatory risks.

Quotes, charts, calculations, calendars, sentiment, news and exchange status may be delayed, estimated, incomplete or inaccurate. Do not use the service as the sole source for executing or managing a transaction.

4. User, Automated and AI Content

Analyses, signals and predictions may be created by users, bots or artificial intelligence. They may contain errors, unsupported assumptions, outdated facts, hallucinations, conflicts of interest or promotional claims. Publication is not endorsement or verification.

5. General Risk-Control Principles

Independently verify information and consider whether an activity is suitable for you. General risk-control practices may include limiting exposure, appropriate position sizing, understanding leverage, planning exit conditions, diversification where appropriate, avoiding money needed for essential expenses and consulting a licensed professional.

6. No Broker or Adviser Relationship

Use of the service does not create a broker-client, adviser-client, fiduciary, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship.

7. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your research, decisions, orders, positions, taxes, regulatory obligations and losses. Review the official terms, fees and risk disclosures of your broker, exchange or custodian.

You remain responsible for content you publish and must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it. Content must not violate law, privacy, intellectual-property rights or these terms.

2. Public Visibility

Public profile fields and community activity may be visible worldwide, shared by users, indexed by search engines and retained in screenshots, archives or third-party services.

3. Moderation

Content may be reviewed, labeled, restricted or removed to enforce rules, reduce harm, comply with law or protect the service. Moderation may use automated tools and human review.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased or fabricated. Review and verify outputs before using or publishing them. AI output is not professional or investment advice.

5. Automated News and Data

News, summaries and market data may be collected, categorized, translated or summarized automatically. Confirm important information with primary or authoritative sources.

6. Content License

By submitting content, you grant PipVero a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, technically adapt, display and distribute it as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the service, subject to law and visibility settings.

1. Intellectual Property

Branding, software, interfaces, original designs and protected service materials owned by PipVero may not be copied, sold, licensed, reverse engineered or commercially reused except where permitted.

2. Third-Party Materials

Trademarks, data, articles, advertisements, APIs, charts and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Copyright Reports

Rights holders may report allegedly infringing content by contacting legal@pipvero.com with sufficient identification of the work, disputed material and contact information.

4. Service Provided “As Is”

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PipVero is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, trading losses, missed opportunities, service interruption or reliance on content.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for claims or losses arising from unlawful use, your content, violation of these terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

1. Reporting an Error

To request a correction, email corrections@pipvero.com. Include the URL of the affected page, the statement you believe is inaccurate, the proposed correction, and any primary or authoritative source that supports the request.

2. Review Standard

Correction requests are assessed against reliable evidence, with preference given to primary records, official publications, original source material and directly attributable statements. A disagreement of opinion does not by itself establish a factual error.

3. How Corrections Are Published

• Material factual errors are corrected in the affected content.
• Where a correction materially changes the meaning, a correction or update note should be added with the date of the change.
• Minor spelling, formatting, grammar or style changes that do not alter meaning may be made without a correction note.
• When appropriate, outdated content may be updated, archived, restricted or removed rather than silently rewritten.

4. Market, News and Financial Content

Market prices, calendars, quotes, news and other time-sensitive data can change quickly and may originate from external providers. PipVero may correct an inaccurate representation of source data, update stale information, or identify that data was delayed. Historical market movements are not treated as errors merely because later prices differ.

5. AI-Assisted and Automated Content

AI-generated summaries, analyses, translations and automated classifications may contain errors. Material factual errors identified in published AI-assisted content may be corrected, labeled, regenerated, restricted or removed. AI output is reviewed according to the same evidence-based correction principles described above.

6. User-Generated Content

Users are primarily responsible for the accuracy of content they publish. PipVero may label, restrict or remove user content when required by law, these terms, community rules or a substantiated rights complaint. A correction request does not guarantee removal of lawful opinion, commentary or disputed claims.

7. Legal, Privacy and Rights Requests

Correction requests involving personal data should be sent to privacy@pipvero.com. Copyright, trademark, defamation and other legal notices should be sent to legal@pipvero.com. PipVero may request information reasonably necessary to identify the affected material and evaluate the request.
