Three Bubbles, One Liquidity Problem: The Market Is Running Out Of Room
U.S. fiscal deficits, record market leverage and the AI capital-spending boom are increasingly competing for the same marginal dollar of funding. With debt-to-GDP near 122% and a much larger share of Treasury debt exposed to market pricing, the U.S. has far less room to absorb future shocks than in GFC.
