American Enterprise Institute's Ryan Fedasiuk says that with China's leading labs open-sourcing, U.S. competing labs will have to follow suit by open sourcing degraded versions of their models. He also says that in the U.S.-China AI race, it's too early to label CXMT as a serious challenger to the big three.
