The authors of bipartisan legislation to make permanent a ban on Chinese vehicles in the United States plan to use a fast-track procedure to win Senate approval on Thursday, as President Donald Trump meets with China's President ‌Xi Jinping, Democratic Senator Elissa Slotkin told Reuters.
