Eye drug maker Tarsus Pharmaceuticals said on Thursday it would acquire privately held Alkeus Pharmaceuticals in a cash-and-stock deal worth ​up to $800 million, adding an experimental oral therapy for ‌a rare inherited retinal disorder with no approved U.S. treatment.
