Circle revealed the initial partners of Arc, its new blockchain, including BlackRock, Visa, Mastercard, NYSE, and Intercontinental Exchange. The network will launch with between 10 and 12 operators and could expand to 20 or 40 over time, according to CEO Jeremy Allaire.
