We're Big Buyers of the 10-Year at 5%, BMO's Davis Says
Earl Davis, BMO Global Asset Management Fixed Income & Money Markets head, says using the Treasury General Account to fund expanded buybacks is not a significant worry for him. Davis says he would be a big buyer of 10-year bonds at 5%.
