AMD's problem is not demand. It is where the demand comes from

Advanced Micro Devices Inc (NASDAQ:AMD, XETRA:AMD) delivered close to the quarter the bulls wanted, and the shares fell almost 9% anyway. Revenue of $11.5 billion was up 50% year on year and ahead of the $11.28 billion consensus, while adjusted earnings of $1.66 a share beat forecasts of about $1.60.
