Trump Uses AI to Stop China's Transshipment Network

White House trade adviser Peter Navarro says the Trump administration is using artificial intelligence to crack down on countries that are helping China avoid tariffs imposed on them by the US. He says more than 40 countries are part of China's transshipment network.
