يعرض المؤشر ربح أو خسارة الصفقات المغلقة اليوم، والنتيجة العائمة الحالية للصفقات المفتوحة، والإجمالي اليومي الموحّد. ويُعرض كل نتيجة كمبلغ وكقيمة مئوية.

أساس النسبة المئوية الافتراضي هو رصيد الحساب التقديري في بداية يوم الوسيط الحالي. ويمكن للمستخدمين أيضاً حساب النسب المئوية باستخدام الرصيد الحالي أو حقوق الملكية الحالية أو مبلغ رأس مال مخصص.

عندما تكون عملة الحساب هي USD، تُعرض القيم النقدية بعلامة الدولار. أما الحسابات التي تستخدم عملة إيداع أخرى، فيعرض المؤشر رمز العملة الفعلي لتجنب وضع تسمية غير صحيحة.

يستخدم المؤشر وقت خادم الوسيط لتحديد بداية كل يوم تداول. ويمكن تخصيص ساعة إعادة الضبط اليومية من إعدادات المؤشر.

هذا المؤشر أداة لمراقبة الحساب ولا يقدم إشارات تداول أو نصائح مالية أو توصيات استثمارية.

**Installing on MetaTrader 4**

* Download the MetaTrader 4 version of the indicator.
* Open MetaTrader 4.
* Select **File → Open Data Folder**.
* Open the `MQL4` folder.
* Open the `Indicators` folder.
* Copy `PipVero_Daily_Live_Profit_Loss_MT4.mq4` into this folder.
* Open the file in MetaEditor.
* Press `F7` to compile the indicator.
* Confirm that MetaEditor reports no compilation errors.
* Return to MetaTrader 4.
* Open the Navigator panel.
* Right-click **Indicators** and select **Refresh**.
* Drag the PipVero Daily & Live Profit/Loss Indicator onto a chart.
* Open the Account History tab and select **All History** to ensure today’s trading history is available.

**Installing on MetaTrader 5**

* Download the MetaTrader 5 version of the indicator.
* Open MetaTrader 5.
* Select **File → Open Data Folder**.
* Open the `MQL5` folder.
* Open the `Indicators` folder.
* Copy `PipVero_Daily_Live_Profit_Loss_MT5.mq5` into this folder.
* Open the file in MetaEditor.
* Press `F7` to compile the indicator.
* Confirm that MetaEditor reports no compilation errors.
* Return to MetaTrader 5.
* Open the Navigator panel.
* Right-click **Indicators** and select **Refresh**.
* Drag the indicator onto a chart.

**Displayed Values**

* **Closed Today:** Net trading result recorded after the configured daily reset hour.
* **Live Floating:** Current profit or loss from open positions.
* **Daily Total:** Closed Today plus Live Floating.
* **Percentage Base:** Capital amount used to calculate percentage values.

**Calculation Method**

The default percentage base is the estimated account balance at the beginning of the current broker day.

`Start-of-day balance = Current balance - Net trading result recorded today`

Each percentage is calculated using the following formula:

`Percentage = Profit or loss ÷ Selected percentage base × 100`

When symbol or Magic Number filtering is enabled, the displayed result is filtered while the start-of-day capital remains based on the entire account.

**Main Settings**

* `InstanceID`: Assigns a unique identifier when multiple copies of the indicator are used on one chart.
* `DisplayScope`: Selects the entire account, current chart symbol, or a custom symbol.
* `CustomSymbol`: Defines the exact broker symbol used in custom-symbol mode.
* `FilterByMagicNumber`: Enables or disables Magic Number filtering.
* `MagicNumber`: Sets the Magic Number included in the calculation.
* `DayResetHourServerTime`: Sets the beginning of the trading day using broker-server time.
* `IncludeSwap`: Includes swap charges or credits in the result.
* `IncludeCommission`: Includes available commissions and fees in the calculation.
* `PercentageBase`: Selects start-of-day balance, current balance, current equity, or a custom amount.
* `CustomPercentageBaseAmount`: Sets the capital used in custom percentage mode.
* `RefreshIntervalSeconds`: Sets the panel update interval in seconds.

**Panel Settings**

* `PanelCorner`: Selects the chart corner where the panel appears.
* `HorizontalOffset`: Adjusts the horizontal distance from the chart edge.
* `VerticalOffset`: Adjusts the vertical distance from the chart edge.
* `PanelWidth`: Changes the panel width.
* `PanelHeight`: Changes the panel height.
* `PanelPadding`: Changes the internal spacing.
* `PanelBackgroundColor`: Changes the panel background color.
* `PanelBorderColor`: Changes the panel border color.
* `PanelBorderWidth`: Changes the panel border thickness.
* `FontName`: Selects the panel font.
* `TitleFontSize`: Changes the title size.
* `LabelFontSize`: Changes the label size.
* `ValueFontSize`: Changes the profit and loss value size.
* `PositiveColor`: Sets the color used for profitable values.
* `NegativeColor`: Sets the color used for losing values.
* `NeutralColor`: Sets the color used for zero or neutral values.

**Visibility Settings**

* `ShowClosedToday`: Shows or hides the closed daily result.
* `ShowLiveFloating`: Shows or hides the floating result.
* `ShowDailyTotal`: Shows or hides the combined daily result.
* `ShowPercentageBase`: Shows or hides the percentage base.
* `ShowLastUpdate`: Shows or hides the last update time.

**Diagnostic Logging**

* `EnableDebugLog` enables important diagnostic messages.
* `LogEveryRefresh` records every calculation stage during each update.
* Open the **Terminal** or **Toolbox** window in MetaTrader.
* Select the **Experts** tab to view the logs.
* The indicator records initialization, validation, timer activity, broker-day detection, history scanning, open-position scanning, percentage calculation, panel rendering, and errors.
* Enable `LogEveryRefresh` only while troubleshooting because it can create many log entries.
* Disable `LogEveryRefresh` after the problem has been identified.

**If Today’s Profit Is Incorrect in MetaTrader 4**

* Open the Account History tab.
* Right-click inside the history section.
* Select **All History**.
* Confirm that the current day’s closed trades are visible.
* Check `DayResetHourServerTime`.
* Confirm that the correct symbol and Magic Number filters are selected.
* Enable `LogEveryRefresh`.
* Review the Experts tab for detailed calculation logs.

**Important Notes**

* The indicator uses broker-server time rather than the computer’s local time.
* Monetary values use the account deposit currency.
* Currency conversion is not performed automatically.
* Deposits, withdrawals, credits, and balance adjustments are excluded from the trading result.
* The indicator is designed for performance monitoring and does not provide buy or sell signals.
